Review Criteria : Ad Management

The "Management" criteria relate to the facilities available to you once you have created your advert including customer support to the ability to edit your advert and gauge it's effectiveness.

 

 
Advert Editing

Once your advert is live you may want to make changes to it in order to change information or make improvements.

Criteria for GOOD rating
Unlimited, same working day changes.

Criteria for AVERAGE rating
Limited or delayed changes.

Criteria for POOR rating
No changes allowed, or charges for changes.

Statistics

Being able to keep tabs on your adverts performance is helps ensure that your advert is reaching it's full potential and gives confidence that you are getting value from the service that you are using.

Usage statistics are the best way to do this and should, at a bear minimum, provide you information on how many people are looking at your advert.

Criteria for GOOD rating
Live statistics available online at all times.

Criteria for AVERAGE rating
Periodic statistics available.

Criteria for POOR rating
No statistics available.

Advert Turnaround

Once you have written out your advert and paid for the service where appropriate, you want your details to be live as soon as possible.

We've looked at stated turnaround times for new adverts and rated them accordingly.

Criteria for GOOD rating
Same working day.

Criteria for AVERAGE rating
Maximum 2 working day turn around.

Criteria for POOR rating
More than 2 days, or no turnaround time provided.

Customer Service Response

If you are using a service you want to be sure that assistance is available when needed.

We contacted all of the sites listed with the same simply enquiry on a weekday morning and rated them all based on their response time.

Criteria for GOOD rating
Same working day response.

Criteria for AVERAGE rating
Next working day response.

Criteria for POOR rating
Slower, or no response received.
